Our work is made to order. Every print Machine Canvas produces is bespoke — designed, colour-matched and printed to your specification, using inks and materials ordered specifically for your job. Because of this, the following applies:
When you book, you pay a non-refundable deposit (currently 50% of the total). This secures your slot and covers design work, colour proofing, and the materials and inks we order for your project, which cannot be reused or resold.
Once we have started designing, proofing, printing or installing your order, the full amount is payable and is not refundable, as bespoke printed work cannot be returned, resold or reused.
Because your order is personalised and made to your specification, the 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has begun. If you cancel before we begin production, your deposit is retained to cover the design time and materials already committed.
None of the above limits your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If our work is faulty, not carried out with reasonable care and skill, or materially different from what was agreed, contact us and we will put it right — by re-doing or repairing the work, or by providing a refund where the law requires it.
