Terms & Conditions

1. About us.

This site and service are operated by Machine Canvas — Wall & Floor Printing, [legal/trading name], [registered address], United Kingdom. Contact: machinecanvas.co@gmail.com / [phone].

2. Service.

We provide bespoke direct-to-surface wall and floor printing, including standard flat and textured / 3D relief printing, across the United Kingdom.

3. Quotes & prices.

Online prices are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days. The final price may be confirmed after a site survey or review of your surface and design. All prices are in GBP and include VAT.

4. Booking & payment.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book, with the balance due on completion. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal; we do not store your card details.

5. Site survey & suitability.

Some surfaces require assessment. You are responsible for ensuring the surface is accessible, prepared as advised, and suitable for printing. We will advise if a surface is unsuitable.

6. Your design & content.

If you supply artwork or images, you confirm you own them or have the right to use them, and you indemnify us against any third-party intellectual-property claim arising from material you provide. You are responsible for obtaining any landlord, building-owner or planning permission needed.

7. Our work.

Colours may vary slightly between screen previews, proofs and the final print due to surface texture and lighting. We will use reasonable skill and care in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Liability.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the job.

10. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales [adjust if Scotland/NI].
